Remodeled 3 Family

Remodel in 2020 included: Gutting all 3 bathrooms and replacing ALL the plumbing in the entire house. All new PVC for the main stack and drains and Pecks for kitchens and bathrooms. Rebuilt bathrooms subfloors etc. New tubs, sinks toilets, Closets, lights tile etc: Updated much of the electrical including installing a hard wired fire alarm system. Fire alarm system is now up to code. With new Fire proof doors house has passed inspected for current fire code. Replaces 2 of the 3 natural gas boilers with new boilers. Replaced a few counter tops, sinks and appliances in kitchens. Each unit has separate electrical and natural gas. Each unit has 3 bedrooms. Building has 3 parking spaces. 1 in front of house between street and house and 2 in the back. Additional cars park accross the street where there is on street parking.
