This house is in an estate. A good sized 80x165 lot with a 2 car 24x24 sqft detached garage and a wide concrete driveway. This home had a broken water line last winter(2023) in the basement which turned off the heat, therefore the laundry room water lines and the kitchen sink water lines also broke and the main level got wet.
