MLS Advisory Board Continues Evaluating Clear Cooperation Policy

The MLS Technology and Emerging Issues Advisory Board discussed the Clear Cooperation Policy during a regularly scheduled meeting that wrapped up Friday.

The advisory board, comprised of MLS and broker executives, intends to reconvene in October to consider the rule further.

The Clear Cooperation Policy requires listing brokers to upload their publicly marketed listings within one business day to an MLS. The policy aims to promote healthy competition in the market.
